Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria recutita)

Chamomile is one of the most beloved and well-known herbs for anxiety, sleep, and stress-related conditions. When dealing with that person or thing that continually bothers you, follow the lead of ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans and enjoy a cup of chamomile tea.

Lavender Flowers (Lavandula angustifolia)

The soft floral scent of lavender is unmistakable. Its aroma alone decreases stress. Lavender flowers are known for their ability to alleviate restlessness, insomnia, and depression.

Lemon Balm Leaves (Melissa officinalis)

Lemon balm is a deliciously calming herb. As a mild sedative, it's wonderful for anxiety, stress, insomnia, and depression. Bees love its sweet nectar, and its lemony-honey flavor is sure to delight your senses.

Peppermint Leaves (Mentha × piperita)

Peppermint is a hybrid plant that's a cross between spearmint and watermint. It's a powerful, tasty ally to other nerve soothing herbs because it nurtures the nervous system. Also, peppermint has significant calcium, magnesium, and potassium levels, so you can feel great about having it.

Rose Petals (Rosa damascena)

One of the most beautiful symbols of love, rose petals are a tonic for the heart. It is a mild antidepressant that uplifts emotions, so herbalists often use it for grief and heartbreak. Beyond the decadence of rose petals and the sensory experience of its floral notes, roses were added to this blend to encourage self-love, the essence of peace.

Kava Kava Root (Piper methysticum)

This sacred Hawaiian herb is a well-respected sedative known to pave the way for pleasant, positive thoughts to emerge. Kava is an analgesic (pain reliever), antispasmodic (reduces muscle spasms), and aphrodisiac… We'll stop here.

Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis)

Vitamin C in orange peels can aid in lowering levels of cortisol, a stress hormone. Its great taste adds a beautiful citrus flavor to this blend.

Stevia Leaves (Stevia rebaudiana)

Native to South America and used by the Guarani Indians for centuries, the stevia plant contains glycosides that are up to 200-300 times as sweet as sucrose (table sugar). It has almost no calories, and unlike other sugars, it does not activate an insulin response in the body. Stevia is among nature's sweetest of gifts.
