Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria recutita)

Lavender Flowers (Lavandula angustifolia)
The soft floral scent of lavender is unmistakable. Its aroma alone decreases stress. Lavender flowers are known for their ability to alleviate restlessness, insomnia, and depression.
Lemon Balm Leaves (Melissa officinalis)
Lemon balm is a deliciously calming herb. As a mild sedative, it's wonderful for anxiety, stress, insomnia, and depression. Bees love its sweet nectar, and its lemony-honey flavor is sure to delight your senses.
Peppermint Leaves (Mentha × piperita)
Peppermint is a hybrid plant that's a cross between spearmint and watermint. It's a powerful, tasty ally to other nerve soothing herbs because it nurtures the nervous system. Also, peppermint has significant calcium, magnesium, and potassium levels, so you can feel great about having it.
Rose Petals (Rosa damascena)
One of the most beautiful symbols of love, rose petals are a tonic for the heart. It is a mild antidepressant that uplifts emotions, so herbalists often use it for grief and heartbreak. Beyond the decadence of rose petals and the sensory experience of its floral notes, roses were added to this blend to encourage self-love, the essence of peace.

Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis)

Stevia Leaves (Stevia rebaudiana)
Native to South America and used by the Guarani Indians for centuries, the stevia plant contains glycosides that are up to 200-300 times as sweet as sucrose (table sugar). It has almost no calories, and unlike other sugars, it does not activate an insulin response in the body. Stevia is among nature's sweetest of gifts.
Use one tablespoon of herbs per cup (8 oz.) of water. You can add more herbs to adult blends to make a stronger tea.
Place herbs in a tea infuser.
Heat water to just before boiling and pour over herbs.
Cover and let steep for 5-7 minutes.
Strain and enjoy.
Note: Steeping for additional time may result in a bitter flavor.
