Once we receive your order, we do our best to ship within the shortest amount of time. We typically ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you will be notified that it is on its way and will be provided with a tracking number. We provide two shipping options through the USPS – Standard Shipping (First Class Mail) and Priority Shipping. You can select either option at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Since we provide food products, we are unable to accept product returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us using this form within 15 days of receiving your order. We will strive to ensure your satisfaction!

Herb Substitutions

Since the spread of COVID-19, bulk herbs are in short supply, and substitutions may be required. All formula changes will appear on our website immediately. If an order has been placed and substitutions are required, we will notify you via email and honor any cancellation requests.
