Steady Ground Tea
Because calm shouldn't be something you have to chase.
Steady Ground is a multi-benefit herbal blend designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore what chronic stress has quietly depleted over time. Stress relief is where it begins. But this blend goes further, supporting immune resilience, healthy circulation, digestive comfort, cognitive focus, and cardiovascular health, all of which bear the cost of sustained stress. The long-term benefit is a body that is no longer just surviving. It is rebuilding, restoring, and learning to thrive again.
Steady Ground Tea is ideal if you need:
- Support for occasional tension headaches and stress-related head pressure
- Muscle tension release that does not require you to stop moving
- Mental clarity and focus under pressure without stimulants
- Daily support that helps build resilience before depletion sets in
- Immune support when stress is placing demands on your body's defenses
- Gentle support for stress-related digestive discomfort including gas, bloating, and cramping
- Cardiovascular support during periods of chronic stress and anxiety
- Emotional steadiness during grief, overwhelm, or sustained pressure
- Daily nervous system maintenance for women carrying a lot
- Long-term stress resilience, not just temporary relief
Your body works as an integrated system.
Chronic stress does not stay in one place. Every Eden's Leaves formula is designed to support the whole body and the systems that bear the cost of a nervous system under pressure.
When the nervous system is supported, the whole body responds.
Herbalist Guidance
- This is a loose-leaf blend. Since the herbs may settle between uses, mix or shake the container well before measuring each dose to ensure a consistent blend in every cup.
- Use 1 heaping teaspoon of herbs per cup (8 oz) of water. For a stronger brew, increase to 2 heaping teaspoons.
- Place herbs in a tea infuser or directly in your mug.
- Heat water to just before boiling, then pour over herbs.
- Cover to preserve essential oils and aromatic benefits.
- Steep for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Strain, sweeten with honey if desired, and enjoy.
-
Morning (Essential)
Sets a calm, grounded tone for your nervous system before the demands of the day begin. -
Midday (Recommended)
A second cup in the midday interrupts stress accumulation before it builds into tension, head pressure, or overwhelm. -
Consistently, every day
The adaptogenic and tonic herbs in this formula deliver their deepest benefits with consistent daily use. Benefits build gradually over time. -
For Acute Stress and Tension
Brew a cup before tension fully sets in. The earlier you catch it, the more effectively the nervine herbs can support you. For tension headaches, brew a strong cup using 2 heaping teaspoons, cover while steeping, and inhale the steam slowly when you lift the lid. -
For Sustained Capacity-Building
Continue daily use for 4 to 6 weeks. Adaptogens like holy basil require time to support a healthy stress response and build stress resilience.
- For optimum flavor, use distilled or spring water.
- Store herbs in an airtight container in a cool, dark place to extend shelf life.
- You can add more herbs to make a stronger brew.
- Teas can be refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 48 hours.
- Brewed loose-leaf herbs can be reused the same day, though a longer steep time may be needed to draw out the remaining benefit. The flavor profile will change, but many people enjoy their second or third brew.
- Best when used within one year of opening. If the color has faded significantly or the aroma is no longer present, it is time to replace.
- As with most herbal formulas used long-term, periodic breaks are recommended. After 3 months of consistent daily use, consider taking a 1 to 2 week break before continuing. This supports your body's responsiveness to the herbs over time.
- All herbs in this formula are either classified as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the FDA or have a long, well-established history of traditional use supporting their safety. Individual health conditions, medications, and life stages can influence how any herb affects your body.
