The Deep Rest System
The sleep your body needs.
Rest is not a luxury. It is where your body does its most essential work: repairing tissue, rebalancing hormones, restoring the nervous system, and rebuilding the immunity that daily life depends on. This herbalist-formulated system was designed to help you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed. Not by overriding your body's natural processes, but by working with them. The tea helps quiet mental chatter and release physical tension. The extract works more deeply to support the hormonal conditions necessary for deep, restorative sleep.
Deep Rest Tea (1 oz, approximately 28 servings)
Deep Rest Liquid Extract (2 oz, approximately 40 servings)
The Deep Rest System is right for you if you feel:
- Tired but wired, exhausted but unable to wind down
- Unable to fall asleep or stay asleep
- Unrested even after a full night
- Ready to restore sleep that actually repairs your nervous system
Your body works as an integrated system.
Your support should too.
Deep Rest Tea
For difficulty falling and staying asleep, with racing thoughts at bedtime
A multi-benefit herbal blend designed to calm the mental chatter that keeps you awake, release physical tension stored in your body long after the day ends, and support the deep, restorative sleep your nervous system needs for overnight repair.
Deep Rest Liquid Extract
For deeper sleep restoration and overnight nervous system repair
A concentrated tincture aimed at relieving exhaustion that sleep alone cannot resolve. When ongoing stress and depletion make deep, restorative sleep seem unreachable, this formula works at the hormonal, neurological, and nervous system levels to enhance both sleep quality and recovery during sleep.
Deep Rest tea prepares the nervous system for sleep before bedtime, calming the physical tension and mental activity that block the transition to rest. The extract works more deeply and for longer, supporting the hormonal and neurological repair processes that should occur during sleep but are often disrupted by depletion, chronic stress, or an overtaxed nervous system. Together, they address both the quality of your sleep and the restoration sleep is meant to provide, so mornings can feel like real recovery rather than an extension of the day before.
This formula delivers twice the potency to counter the impact of stress throughout your body.
This is layered support your nervous system can rely on.
What you need to know
Early evening
Begin the transition from activation to restoration before you feel tired. Taking the tea and extract earlier in the evening allows them to work with your body's natural wind-down rhythm rather than rushing sleep onset.
Brew one cup of Deep Rest Tea. Take 30 drops of Deep Rest Liquid Extract in 2 to 4 oz of water, juice, or tea.
At bedtime
A second dose deepens the preparation for sleep and supports overnight repair.
Brew a second cup of Deep Rest Tea. Take 30 drops of Deep Rest Liquid Extract in 2 to 4 oz of water, juice, or tea.
A note on consistency
These herbs work cumulatively. The most significant improvements in sleep depth, duration, and overnight repair emerge with consistent daily use over time. Take them at the same time each evening to signal your nervous system that rest is coming.
Results vary depending on how long you have experienced chronic stress, your wellness habits, body mass, and consistency of use.
First few days
Many people notice an initial softening of tension and mental restlessness within the first few days. The tea's aromatic compounds begin signaling and creating internal rest and ease from the first cup.
Weeks two through four
Sleep onset improves. Waking during the night decreases. Morning grogginess begins to lift as overnight restoration deepens. The nervous system begins to use sleep more efficiently.
Six to eight weeks and beyond
Deeper stages of sleep become more consistent. The hormonal and neurological patterns disrupting rest begin to normalize. Energy upon waking improves as overnight repair accumulates over time.
All herbs in this formula are either classified as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the FDA or have a long, well-established history of traditional use supporting their safety. Individual health conditions, medications, and life stages can influence how any herb affects your body. This system contains a liquid extract with cane alcohol (40 to 60%). Each 2 ml serving contains a small amount, comparable to a few drops of vanilla extract. If you are sensitive to alcohol, add your extract dose to 4 oz of warm water and allow it to sit briefly before drinking. This product is not recommended if you are avoiding alcohol for religious, recovery, or medical reasons.
Not for use during pregnancy or lactation without guidance from a qualified healthcare practitioner.
Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are currently taking heart medications, blood pressure medications, thyroid medications, sedatives, anti-anxiety medications, MAOIs, antidepressants, or diabetes medications. The extract should not be used with thyroid medications without practitioner supervision.
Do not use with autoimmune conditions without qualified practitioner supervision.
Discontinue two weeks before any scheduled surgical procedure.
Not recommended for children under 18 without guidance from a qualified healthcare practitioner.
As with any dietary supplement, discontinue use if rash, digestive upset, or unusual symptoms occur.
Deep Rest Tea is most effective when taken 30 to 60 minutes before bed as part of a consistent evening ritual. In the context of this system, it functions as the first half of your evening protocol: brew your cup in a quiet setting that signals to your body that the day is closing. If you find the flavor too mild for your preference, a longer steep time will deepen both the taste and the potency. This tea pairs directly with the Deep Rest Liquid Extract for more comprehensive sleep and overnight restoration support, and can also be combined with Steady Ground Tea earlier in the day if daytime stress is contributing to difficulty winding down at night. Consistency matters here. Many of the herbs in this formula have the greatest impact after several weeks of nightly use rather than on the first night.
The Deep Rest Liquid Extract is best taken 20 to 30 minutes before bed, either directly under the tongue or added to a small amount of warm water. It can be taken at the same time as the Deep Rest Tea, or slightly before, depending on how you structure your evening routine. Because this extract contains Valerian, you may notice a more immediate sedative effect than you experience with the tea alone. This is expected, and the effect often becomes more nuanced and less pronounced after the first week as your body adjusts. This extract pairs directly with Deep Rest Tea and can also be used alongside Steady Ground formulas during the day if stress and sleep disruption are occurring together. As with any herbal formula used long-term, consider taking a 1 to 2 week break after 3 months of daily use with both products. This supports your body's continued responsiveness to the herbs over time.
