    Take Shine Again Extract mid-morning, after the first two formulas have had time to settle. Take 30 drops in 2 to 4 oz of water, juice, or tea, or directly under the tongue. Shine Again adds its uplifting, restorative dimension on top of the grounded baseline the morning formulas create. Do not take Shine Again close to bedtime.

  • A note on consistency
    This is a complete four-formula protocol. Results build meaningfully after 4 to 6 weeks of consistent daily use. Evaluate at four-week intervals.
