What you need to know
Morning (all formats)

Mid-morning to early afternoon
Take Shine Again at its own time, slightly later than Radiant Transition and Steady Ground. This staggering allows you to notice how each formula is working individually and prevents sensory overlap. Shine Again is a daytime formula only and must not be taken close to bedtime.
Late afternoon (Radiant Transition second dose)

A note on consistency
This is a complete four-formula protocol. Results build meaningfully after 4 to 6 weeks of consistent daily use across all four formulas. Evaluate at four-week intervals.

Results from hormonal tonic herbs build over 4 to 8 weeks, so consistency and patience are both essential.
Steady Ground provides the nervous system grounding and stress resilience that sits beneath the hormonal work of Radiant Transition and the mood restoration of Shine Again. In the Quartet, it is best taken in the morning as the stabilizing foundation of the daily protocol. If you are finding the full Quartet overwhelming to start, begin with Radiant Transition and Steady Ground in the first week, then add Shine Again in week two and confirm Deep Rest in the evenings. Building the protocol gradually can make it easier to notice how each formula is contributing.
Shine Again is a daytime formula and must be taken during the morning or early afternoon only. In the Quartet, it works best slightly later in the morning than Radiant Transition and Steady Ground, adding its uplifting and restorative dimension on top of the grounded and hormonally supported baseline the first two formulas create. Its gently activating herbs, including Damiana and, in the Extract, Peppermint Essential Oil, can interfere with sleep if taken too late in the day.
