The Steady Ground System
The calm you have been looking for starts here.
This herbalist-formulated system is designed to calm your nervous system, release the tension your body has been holding, and restore the resilience that chronic stress wears down over time. Steady Ground eases stress in the moment while rebuilding resilience, gradually, cumulatively, and at the core. The tea nourishes and sustains throughout the day. The extract works more deeply to address the structural and neurological patterns that keep stress cycling. Together, they create the most complete stress restoration protocol in the line.
Steady Ground Tea (1.3 oz, approximately 40 servings)
Steady Ground Liquid Extract (2 oz, approximately 40 servings)
The Steady Ground System is right for you if you feel:
- Physically tense, overwhelmed, and burning out
- Mentally overloaded and struggling to focus
- Irritable, short on patience, and running on willpower
- Ready to take action and feel steady again without white-knuckling your way through the day
Your body works as an integrated system.
Your support should too.
Steady Ground Tea
For daily nervous system calm and stress resilience
A multi-benefit herbal blend designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and restore what chronic stress has quietly depleted. Taken warm or iced, the long-term benefit is a body that is no longer just surviving. It is rebuilding and learning to thrive again.
Steady Ground Liquid Extract
For deeper restoration and adrenal resilience
A concentrated tincture that targets the structural and neurological levels to relieve both the symptoms of chronic stress and the underlying physiological patterns that maintain them. In liquid form, bioavailability increases, so the herbs reach your cells more quickly.
Steady Ground tea and the extract address stress regulation through two distinct mechanisms. The tea builds a steady neurological baseline throughout your day, while the extract delivers concentrated support to the adrenal and nervous system structures that chronic stress quietly wears down. Since the extract is absorbed more completely than dried herbs infused in water, it reaches the tissues that need restoration at a deeper level than tea alone can. Used together, you are not just managing how stress feels. You are rebuilding and increasing your capacity to handle it.
Your body works as an integrated system.
Chronic stress does not stay in one place. Every Eden's Leaves formula is designed to support the whole body and the systems that bear the cost of a nervous system under pressure.
When the nervous system is supported, the whole body responds.
Herbalist Guidance
-
Morning
Take the tea and extract together before the demands of the day begin. Beginning before stress sets in allows the herbs to establish a baseline rather than respond from a state of depletion. This is the most important dose of the day.
Brew one cup of tea. Take 30 drops of Liquid Extract in 2 to 4 oz of water, juice, or tea, or directly under the tongue. -
Afternoon or Early Evening
A second dose interrupts stress accumulation before it builds into tension, head pressure, or overwhelm.
Brew a second cup of tea. Take 30 drops of Liquid Extract in 2 to 4 oz of water, juice, or tea, or directly under the tongue. -
A note on alcohol content
The liquid extract uses cane alcohol (40 to 60%) as the extraction medium. Each 2 ml serving contains a small amount, comparable to a few drops of vanilla extract. If you are sensitive to alcohol, add your extract dose to 4 oz of warm water and allow it to sit briefly before drinking. -
A note on consistency
These herbs are tonics and adaptogens. They work cumulatively. The most significant benefits emerge with consistent daily use over time. Take them around the same time each day to establish a rhythm your nervous system can rely on.
- Results vary depending on how long you have experienced chronic stress, your wellness habits, body mass, and consistency of use.
-
First few days
Many people notice an initial softening of tension and mental restlessness within the first few days. The tea's aromatic compounds begin signaling and creating internal rest and ease from the first cup. - Weeks two through four
Physical tension is easier to release. Mental clarity improves. Your capacity deepens to handle increased stress without depletion. Digestive comfort and circulation often improve during this period as well. - Six to eight weeks and beyond
This is where the deepest benefit lives. Adaptogens like ashwagandha and tulsi have had time to support healthy cortisol patterns and rebuild stress resilience. The nervous system begins to feel steadier, not just during calm moments but under ordinary pressure. This is the shift from relief to resilience.
For burnout and severe nervous system exhaustion, commit to daily use for a full six to eight weeks.
