- Shake well before each use. Settling at the bottom of the bottle is normal.

Standard Dose
Take 30 drops (2ml or approximately 1 dropperful) in 2 to 4 oz of water, juice, or tea, or directly under the tongue. - You may increase the dose up to 40 drops if needed. Start at 30 drops and adjust based on your experience.
- For sublingual dosing, hold under the tongue for 30 to 60 seconds before swallowing. The effect will be felt sooner. The flavor will be strong.
