Immune Restore Tea (formerly Immune 911)
Seasonal Immune Support

Immune Restore Tea (formerly Immune 911)

For the morning you wake up and know something has shifted.

Immune Restore is the most concentrated blend in the line, which makes it highly effective at the first sign of cold or flu symptoms. It activates and supports the immune system’s response to viral and bacterial infection, eases coughs, and supports the clearing of mucus from the upper respiratory tract. It supports lymphatic movement and digestion, both of which are essential to immune function. The flavor is deep and pleasantly earthy, lifted by orange peel and warmed by ginger and cinnamon. It is caffeine-free, so it can be taken at any hour. Paired with Eden’s Leaves Immunity Honey, the cup gains a touch of sweetness and a second formula that makes this tea more effective.

What You Need to Know

Herbalist Guidance

  • This is a loose-leaf blend, and roots and barks settle by weight, so the container benefits from a shake before each measure.
  • This blend is brewed as a decoction. The roots and barks release their constituents through simmering rather than steeping.
  • One teaspoon of herbs per cup (8 oz) of water makes a standard brew. Up to three teaspoons makes a stronger one.
  • The herbs go into a pot, with cold water poured over them. The mixture comes to a gentle boil, then simmers, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Off the heat, it cools to drinking temperature, then strains. Eden’s Leaves Immunity Honey, sold separately, sweetens the cup beautifully at that point.
  • Adults
One to two cups daily for at least three days for the full benefit of the blend.
  • Children
Ages two to four: one teaspoon of brewed tea. Ages five to seven: one tablespoon of brewed tea. Ages eight to 11: two tablespoons of brewed tea. Ages 11 and older: as desired. Up to four servings within 24 hours.
  • This product is not to be given to children under one year of age.
  • At the First Sign
This is what the blend is formulated for. It begins the day something shifts and continues for at least three days.
  • Through a Cold or the Flu
One to two cups daily while symptoms last. The warmth and the fluid do real work alongside the herbs.
  • Any Hour
There is no caffeine in this blend, so a cup in the evening will not keep you awake.
  • When Appetite Has Gone
On the days food holds no appeal, a warm cup carries hydration, minerals, and herbs at once.
  • For optimum flavor, distilled or spring water works best.
  • A great deal of what these roots offer leaves with the steam, so the lid stays on through the simmer.
  • Eden’s Leaves Immunity Honey, sold separately, sweetens the finished cup and layers a second set of herbs alongside the first. Heat degrades the enzymes in honey, so it goes in once the tea has cooled to drinking temperature.
  • Brewed loose-leaf herbs can be reused the same day, though a longer simmer may be needed to draw out the remaining benefit. The flavor profile will change, and many people enjoy their second or third decoction.
  • Teas can be refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 48 hours.
  • Herbs keep longest in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
  • Best when used within one year of opening. If the color has faded significantly or the aroma is no longer present, it is time to replace.
